Policy"

return Home) HF Radio’s goal is to make shopping with us simple. However, we recognize that sometimes what you buy isn't exactly right for you. If you're having problems please contact us immediately--often, we're able to provide simple solutions to installation questions or operational issues. We're also happy to consult with you on integrating products you purchase from us. Due to issues with spam blocking, if you find you need to CANCEL or CHANGE your order, it can ONLY be done by calling 510-814-888 extension 2#. Once orders have been shipped they CANNOT be canceled or changed and are subject to our return policy. Special order items cannot be canceled or changed once they have been shipped from the manufacturer. You may return anything ordered from us within 30 days for exchange, credit, or refund EXCEPT the following:
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, or items are missing from your order, you must call us within 10 days for adjustment; defective items will be replaced with the same item. All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without a RMA and original receipt. To obtain a RMA, please e-mail us at returns@hfradio.com, telephone us at (510) 814-8888, or fax to (510) 291-3167. Please have your invoice number available when you contact us. All products must be in salable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all manuals, warranty cards, or accessories. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please ship all returns via an insured carrier; for your protection, you may want to use a shipper that can track packages (we recommend the method that it was shipped to you). We cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returned merchandise. Our shipping address is: HF Radio On Board, 1813 Clement Ave. – Bldg. 24, Alameda, CA 94501.
